Torsten has a Master's degree in chemical engineering and organic chemistry from the Royal Institute of Technology (KTH). Torsten has held leading positions in the following sectors: the oil industry, the gas industry, the process industry, and the nuclear industry. Torsten is the founder and main owner of Plagazi AB (publ).

Christian has over 20 years of experience in project financing and turnkey development of projects in renewable energy, mainly in the wind power sector.
Christian's main specialities are developing industrial companies and projects in the renewable and sustainable energy sector. Christian is also the founder of the renewable energy investment company Uturn2innovation.

Dr. Stefan Kaufmann

Since 2020, Dr. Kaufmann has led Germany's national green hydrogen strategy as the country’s Innovation Commissioner for Green Hydrogen at the Federal Ministry of Education and Research (BMBF). In addition to his responsibilities in the green hydrogen sector, Dr. Kaufmann has also been responsible for Germany's research and development activities.
Valerie Dujardin

Valerie has 20 years of experience in impact investing and private asset management, for example for the company Symbiotics. Her experience ranges from assessing investment opportunities, structuring and managing alternative funds to managing private and public investors. Valerie sits on the board, the investment committee and the advisory committee for several companies and funds.
Anders Boman

Anders Boman has held senior positions in the shipping industry for 20 years, and also actively acts as chairman and board member in companies such as AlfaWall, Maritimt Forum, and WALLENIUS SOL. Anders moved to the position of Chief Operating Officer of Gotlandsbolaget from his previous position as Managing Director of Walleniusrederierna AB, and now oversees Gotlandsbolaget's operational activities throughout the entire business chain, among other things.
Richard Fish

Richard has held senior positions in private equity, energy and the automotive industry. For the past 15 years he has focused on renewable energy, more specifically plasma gasification, where he was most recently CEO of Alter NRG which acquired Westinghouse Plasma Corporation (WPC) which is active in the production of plasma gasification plants.

Peter de Jounge

Peter de Jounge has extensive senior management experience in Investment Banking and Asset Management from a number of leading Swedish and International banks such as Hambros, SEB, Alfred Berg, UBS, Deutsche Bank and Carnegie Investment Bank. The last 4 years have been devoted to his own investment activities, board and consulting assignments.
Henry Lundhammar

Henry has a Master of Science in Engineering from Lund University of Technology in Road and Water Engineering and Industrial Economics. He currently owns and operates Dina Kubik AB in the real estate industry and has previously, among other things, managed technical procurement and been a business area manager at an international engineering consultancy.
Peter Andersson
Board member

Peter has a Bachelor of Arts from Södertörn University and a Diploma in Life Insurance from IFU School of Economics. Peter works as a Private Banker at Falkenbergssparbank with wealth management for individuals, companies, foundations and institutions since 7 years. Peter has worked in the financial industry for over 20 years.
