Johan Mandelius

Johan has extensive experience in change management in strategy, business and operational development, especially in international organizations. He has worked in multinational companies. Johan is an expert in navigating complex change, leading large projects and programs, and establishing and leading high-performing teams. He is known for his analytical skills and drive to improve ways of working, making him an invaluable asset to organizations in a rapidly changing world.
Anders Boman

Anders has held senior positions in the shipping industry for 20 years, and also actively acts as chairman and board member in companies such as AlfaWall, Maritimt Forum, and WALLENIUS SOL. Anders moved to the position of Chief Operating Officer of Gotlandsbolaget from his previous position as Managing Director of Walleniusrederierna AB, and now oversees Gotlandsbolaget's operational activities throughout the entire business chain, among other things.
Peter de Jounge

Peter has extensive senior management experience in Investment Banking and Asset Management from a number of leading Swedish and International banks such as Hambros, SEB, Alfred Berg, UBS, Deutsche Bank and Carnegie Investment Bank. The last 4 years have been devoted to his own investment activities, board and consulting assignments.

Christian has over 20 years of experience in project financing and turnkey development of projects in renewable energy, mainly in the wind power sector.
Christian's main specialities are developing industrial companies and projects in the renewable and sustainable energy sector. Christian is also the founder of the renewable energy investment company Uturn2innovation.

Richard Fish

Richard has held senior positions in private equity, energy and the automotive industry. For the past 15 years he has focused on renewable energy, more specifically plasma gasification, where he was most recently CEO of Alter NRG which acquired Westinghouse Plasma Corporation (WPC) which is active in the production of plasma gasification plants.

Anders Hellsten
Board member
Anders has a Master's degree from KTH in Civil Engineering and 40 years of experience in project management in the construction industry and construction of process plants in the gas industry as well as extensive experience in the implementation of investment and feasibility studies. Anders is a certified project manager (Project Management Professional according to PMI). For the last 18 years, the business has been conducted through its own consulting company with several customers, both private and governmental. Anders is a veteran of the Swedish Armed Forces and was previously a lieutenant colonel in the Civil Engineering Corps.
