Gustav has a master's degree in Finance from the Instituto Empresa Madrid, with a focus on business administration. He most recently comes from Procter & Gamble, where he has worked as CFO for two of the company's consumer brands and purchasing department since 2017.

Leonard Kemper

Leonard holds a master's degree in accounting and finance from the University of St. Gallen (HSG) and a Bachelor of Business Administration from the University of Exeter. He most recently comes from Procter & Gamble where he was CFO of the company's Swiss retail operations, the global purchasing organization and global business planning for Pampers - one of P&G's biggest brands.
Dr. Soran Shwan
Soran has a PhD in chemical engineering with a focus on catalysis at Chalmers University of Technology in Gothenburg. He also holds a master's degree in industrial economics and business management (MBA). Soran previously worked at Volvo Group after being manager and product owner for battery cell technology, development of battery cells for current and future electric transport solutions. previously he has been manager and product owner for catalysts and filters.

Michael has a combined engineering and finance background and has built his career in the renewable energy sector in senior management positions. Michael's previous experience includes Managing Director of AGA's UK subsidiary, Managing Director of two environmental and renewable energy subsidiaries of Kingspan Environmental Ltd and CEO of Weiss A/S, a developer of large-scale renewable energy projects.

Torsten has a Master's degree in chemical engineering and organic chemistry from the Royal Institute of Technology (KTH). Torsten has held leading positions in the following sectors: the oil industry, the gas industry, the process industry, and the nuclear industry. Torsten is the founder and main owner of Plagazi AB (publ).

Linnéa Lang
Chief Commercial Officer
Linnéa is currently doing a part-time MBA in Business Administration & Management at St. Gallen University while working for Plagazi. In the past, Linnea has worked and specialized in "sustainability and impact investments", investments with a focus on sustainability and creating a positive impact on the environment. She has worked at UBS in Zurich and Symbiotics SA in Geneva.
